Sierra Blanca Towers
Sierra Blanca Towers is one of Málaga’s landmark residential developments, and this apartment commission gave Diana Dominique Interiors the opportunity to deliver a complete luxury interior from the ground up. Engaged across the full scope of the project, from interior architecture through to terrace landscaping our studio created a completely new feel for the apartment.
A Contemporary Vision, Executed in Full
The client’s brief was clear: contemporary, neutral, and effortlessly liveable , a space that would feel both elevated and calm. Working closely with the client, we developed a cohesive design language rooted in clean lines, considered material palettes, and a restrained elegance. Every room was conceived as part of a unified whole, ensuring a seamless and sophisticated flow throughout the property and beyond into the outdoor spaces.
Interior Architecture & Architectural Features
As part of our full-scope approach, Diana Dominique Interiors updated and redesigned the interior architectural features throughout the apartment , redefining spatial proportions and refining every surface detail. This included bespoke joinery, ceiling treatments and wall claddings.
Lighting Design & Ambience
Lighting is one of the most powerful tools in luxury design, and on this project it received particular care. Our team designed a layered lighting scheme that enhances the architecture, draws out material textures, and creates a warm, sophisticated ambience from morning to night , transforming the apartment into a space that is as beautiful to live in as it is to look at.
Terrace Design & Landscaping
The apartment’s terrace arrived as a completely blank canvas , a bare, unfinished space with no planting, no lighting, and no sense of identity. Transforming it into a refined outdoor living area was one of the most rewarding aspects of the project.
Thanks to our Co-Founder Therese, landscaping and exterior designer we developed an advanced terrace design concept, introducing carefully selected planters and lush greenery to bring warmth and life to the space, a bespoke outdoor lighting scheme to extend its use into the evening, and a thoughtful layout that maximises the terrace’s proportions and views. We used these beautiful armchairs and loungers from Coco Wolf together with a low dining set from Royal Botania. The dining is a talbe and sofa selection we have been in love with due to its height, it gives it a hybrid solution and works both as a lounge and dining, very comfortable!
What was once a plain slab is now a sophisticated outdoor room , a true extension of the interior’s contemporary aesthetic, and a space that genuinely enhances the quality of daily living.
Beyond the interior and terrace, we also suggested a redesign of the outdoor pool area to elevate the overall look. We added new tiles and materials, redesigned the walls and added lighting both in ceilings and side to create a welcoming atmosphere.
